UCDS адаптер для диагностики FORD
Диагностический адаптер из аппаратно-программного комплекса Universal Can Diagnostic system (UCDS) изготовлен на стандартной печатной плате с применением современных высокоскоростных электронных компонентов. Место изготовления адаптера – РФ, г. Санкт-Петербург. Печатная плата с необходимыми органами управления и контрольными лампами вмонтирована в стандартный пластиковый мини-бокс (фото 1-5) с USB-разъемом для подключения к персональному компьютеру с предустановленными драйверами и программным обеспечением указанного комплекса и разъемом типа OBD II для подключения к диагностическому интерфейсу автомобиля.
Контрольные лампы позволяют визуально определить в зависимости от режима работы адаптера его текущее состояние, наличие питания, процесс, происходящий в настоящий момент (чтение/запись данных) и прочие показатели.
В схемотехнику адаптера заложена возможность обновления его внутреннего программного обеспечения (firmware). Для получения последней версии обращайтесь к разработчикам на официальный форум UCDS.
Лицензирование адаптера
Лицензии адаптера делятся на два типа: Базовая и Полная лицензия дает неограниченный ничем (ни по времени использования, ни по привязкам к ПК), доступ к существующим разделам программного обеспечения, таким как: VBF Loader, Update Wizard и Direct Config.
VBF Loader – раздел программного обеспечения проекта UCDS, позволяющий самостоятельно загружать в модули автомобилей марки Ford, различные файлы в формате .VBF
Update Wizard – раздел программного обеспечения проекта UCDS, позволяющий производить обновление программного обеспечения различных модулей автомобилей марки Ford в соответствии с последними базами данных программного обеспечения IDS, при условии доступности файлов на серверах. Внимание! Не все модули могут быть обновлены через данных раздел, т.к. файлы обновлений либо не выкладываются на сервера (политика безопасности) либо модуль имеет альтернативный способ обновления собственного ПО (например через USB или SD карту).
Direct Config – раздел программного обеспечения проекта UCDS, позволяющий производить конфигурацию различных модулей автомобилей Ford напрямую. Отличительная особенность автомобилей Ford Mondeo 5. Для информации: Автомобиль Ford Mondeo 5 может быть сконфигурирован ТОЛЬКО через данный раздел.
Система кредитования
В настоящий момент в проекте существует коммерческая составляющая, которая выражается в кредитах 4-х уровней.
Кредиты 1 ур. – в основном служат для сброса пробегов, повышения мощности двигателя за счет программирования штатного ПО более высокой мощности (например Ford Focus 3 150HP -> 163HP ), русификации магнитол Sony 2 поколения (розовая подсветка\пластиковый центральный регулятор громкости), программирования для автомобилей Ford Focus 2 2008гв и далее функции автоскладывания зеркал при закрытии\постановки в охрану, а так же различных дополнительных операциях.
Кредиты 2 ур. – служат для программирования кастомного программного обеспечения приборных панелей Converse+ для Ford Mondeo4\S-Max\Galaxy от производителя Motral (Москва), которое включает в себя различный опционал в виде отображения работы парктроников на LED экране приборной панели, а так же другой дополнительной информации, не предоставляемой в штатном исполнении.
Кредиты 3 ур. – служат ТОЛЬКО для программирования TUNED прошивок для автомобилей Ford, от производителя
Кредиты 4 ур. – служат ТОЛЬКО для программирования TUNED прошивок для автомобилей Ford, от производителя Motorsoft
Программное обеспечение. Основные возможности.
Аппаратно-программный комплекс UCDS предоставляет пользователю возможность:
- производить диагностику большинства узлов и компонентов автомобиля, соединенных с центральным электрическим модулем (GEM, BCMii) по шине данных (CAN);
- получать данные об установленных в автомобиле модулях и компонентах, в т.ч. их каталожный номер, версию калибровки, серийный номер;
- вносить изменения как в центральную конфигурацию автомобиля, так и изменять по необходимости конфигурацию отдельных модулей и компонентов автомобиля;
- обновлять калибровки (прошивки) отдельных модулей и компонентов автомобиля, в том числе двигателя (т.н. чип-тюнинг);
- производить русификацию штатных аудио-модулей производства фирмы SONY ;
- производить апгрейд (замену) программного обеспечения дверных модулей для активации функции автоматического складывания наружных зеркал заднего вида при постановке а/м на охрану.

Программное обеспечение состоит из драйверов последовательной шины USB-serial (рекомендованы драйверы FTDI), устанавливаемых на PC для корректного сопряжения шин данных PC и автомобиля и собственно программного интерфейса ЮЦДС.
Программный интерфейс UCDS имеет основное окно для выбора режима работы: выбор типа автомобиля или выбор сервисного режима для обновления firmware адаптера, обновления или выбора прошивки различных аудиомодулей и исполнения прочих сервисных функций.

One of the most powerful Ford vehicles software complexes for:
- diagnostics

Diagnostic adapter from the hardware-software Universal Can Diagnostic system (UCDS) is manufactured on a standard printed circuit board with the use of modern high-speed electronic components. It`s manufactured in Russia. PCB with the necessary controls and indicator lights is built into the standard plastic mini-box (photos 1-5) with USB-connector for connection to a PC with pre-installed drivers and software and OBD II connector for connection to the car diagnostic interface. Inspection lights allow you to visually determine the current state of the power supply, a process that takes place in real time (read/write data), depending on the mode of operation of the adapter. External controls on the adapter are made in the form of push-buttons that serve solely for the adapter mode without connecting to a PC. The adapter has built-in capability to update its internal software (firmware).
The aim of the creators is the creation of multifunctional device for integrated diagnostics and configuration of FORD computer automotive systems.
Software. Main features.
UCDS allows the user to:
– Diagnose the majority of car parts and components that are connected to a central electrical module (GEM, BCMii) through the data bus (CAN);
– Receive data embedded in the car components and modules, including their part number, version, calibration, serial number;
– Make the necessary changes to the central configuration of the car, and change the configuration of the modules and components if necessary;
– Update the calibration (firmware) of the modules and components of the vehicle, including the engine (the so-called chip tuning);
– Perform regular language adaptation of the audio modules manufactured by SONY (Russian language only);
– Upgrade (replacement) of the door modules software to activate the automatic folding door mirrors.

The UCDS consists of drivers of the serial bus USB-serial (recommended drivers FTDI), hardware adapter and the actual UCDS-programm.
The software interface of the UCDS interface has main window’s mode. You need to select the type of the vehicle or select the service mode for adapter`s firmware update or other service functions.
UCDS currently works with the following platforms: Focus II 2004-2011; Focus III 2011, 2015 ; Kuga I, Kuga II; C-MAX; S-MAX; MONDEO IV; Mondeo 2015 ; Galaxy ; Tansit; Fiesta 2008, 20015 etc..
Licensing adapter
Adapter Licences are divided into two types: Basic and Extended
The Exteded license allows unlimited anything (nor on the use of time or by binding to a PC), access to existing sections of the software, such as: VBF Loader, Update Wizard and Direct Config.
VBF Loader – section UCDS design software, allowing yourself to load the modules in the Ford brand vehicles, the various files in the format .VBF
Update Wizard – section UCDS design software that allows to update the software of different brands of Ford cars modules in accordance with the latest IDS software databases, subject to the availability of files on the servers. Attention! Not all modules can be updated via the data section, because update files or not laid out in the server (security policy) or module is an alternative way to update their own software (eg via USB or SD card).
Direct Config – section UCDS design software that allows for the configuration of the various modules of Ford directly. A distinctive feature of car Ford Mondeo 5.
For information: Car Ford Mondeo 5 can only be configured via this section.
System of tokens
At this point in the project there is the commercial component, which is expressed in credits 4 levels.

Valuation
Base cost of adapter is 100EUR– it’s just the hardware.
Further, the adapter costs calculated by the formula: 100EUR+ (Tk1 * 10EUR) + (Tk2 * 40EUR) + (Tk3 * 80EUR) + (Tk4 * 80EUR) + El * 80EUR
where Tkr1-4 – are tokens 1-4 levels – El is a Extended license
Attention! For the adapter functionality, it MINIMUM must be at least 1 token 1lvl, which can also be used at any time to the destination.
Example of calculation of the adapter 1 token 1 lvl 2 tokens of 3 lvl and Extended license: 100EUR+ (1 * 10EUR) + (0 * 40EUR) + (2 * 80EUR) + (0 * 80EUR) + 1 * 80EUR= 270EUR
The minimum cost of the adapter 1 token lvl 1: 100EUR+ (1 * 10EUR) + (0 * 40EUR) + (0 * 80EUR) + (0 * 80EUR) + 0 * 80EUR= 110EUR
